Production error handler that routes Aeron async errors through the Rust log facade at error level with a concise format — the recommended default for AeronContext::set_error_handler.

Not to be confused with the generated AeronErrorHandlerLogger, which is the codegen’s generic callback tracer (info level, verbose per-call format, useful only behind --features log-c-bindings-style debugging).
